Because this is what summer is all about

Isn't this what summer is all about?  Swimming and just hanging out..... well that is if you are a kid.  We are in the middle of moving so I have spent most of my summer packing and unpacking.  Hope everyone is having a great summer!

Summer is officially here and we have so much we want to do!  

Summer Sunrises, Picnics, Ice Cream, Catching Fireflies, Running through sprinklers, Stargazing, Lemonade, Going to the Lake, Campfires, Camping, Smores, Swimming, long walks, sleeping in, and so much more....

All grown up...

Look at my baby, he isn't a baby anymore.  Will is now a First grader.  I can hardly believe the school year is wrapped up.  He had such a great year and we are looking forward to a fun summer packed with swimming, camping and going to the lake.  What are you doing this summer?

Vacation pics...

A few days after Christmas we took Will to Disney World, it was his first visit and we all had a lot of fun. We started the week in down jackets and finished the week swimming in the pool {well Will and his Dad swam I sat in the sun} I think I need a vacation from our vacation! Do you ever feel that way? I am still up to my ears in laundry and the Christmas tree is still up.

Thank Goodness for...

Air conditioning and swimming in the lake. What a hot 4th of July. We spent it either in the lake or in air conditioning. We had a restful weekend and hope you did too!
