The Key To My Heart is a 7/8th inch sterling silver disc that can be stamped with up to 16 letters {spaces and dots count as letters} The piece also includes a beautiful stamped sterling silver scroll key charm. Both charms hang on a 18 inch sterling silver bead ball chain.

Sometimes you just have to have a little Faith...

Two of my personal favorites the Love, Faith, Hope necklace is stamped in my upper and lowercase fancy script font and the Faith necklace is stamped in my lowercase script font on a tear drop. To me jewelry is symbolic and sometimes I tug on my necklace and let it be a reminder that I just need to have a little Faith.

The "i believe in angels" necklace is new in my shop, this piece can also be customized if you prefer to have a name stamped instead of "i believe". I think this would also make a very nice guardian angel piece, I think I may wear my Will disc with this sweet angel charm.

I just loved the simplicity and elegance of my lowercase font that I have also added the same font but in uppercase. I now can mix uppercase with the lowercase. What do you think of the new hand stamped pieces?

When someone touches your heart....

I have the pleasure of meeting some of the nicest people via my business and via my blog. I wanted to introduce you to a very special customer who touched my heart. Kori of My Life As A CFERS Wife is a Mom of two, Jacob and Calob and wife to Richard. Kori's husband has Cystic Fibrosis and has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 recurrent Colon Cancer.

Kori contacted me and asked me to create necklaces for her boys, with a special message from their Dad. Kori and Richard wanted the boys to know that their Dad will always be in their heart (ok tearing up as I type) One of the things I love about creating custom jewelry is helping customers create keepsakes that will be treasured for many years. Mind, Body Soul

Are you nurturing your Mind, Body and Soul? Why is it as Mom's we find it so hard sometimes to take care of ourselves? We always put others first, especially our kids. I keep telling myself I will take time to do "Me" stuff and I just don't. Here are a few things I would like to start doing again:

• Pilates- I love Pilates, it makes you feel good all over. You focus on your breathing and clear your mind. I have a hard time quieting my mind and find Pilates helps me get closer to a clear mind.
• Bubble Baths- A nice lavender bubble bath and a nice glass of wine would be oh so nice.
• Get a pedicure- Pedicures to me are so relaxing, it is one full hour of pure pampering.

I would never.....

Before I had Will I always thought I knew exactly the kind of parent I would be. I use to say "I would never let my kid, or I would never...." you can fill in the blank I said it all the time. My friends and family would say just wait until you have your own and you will see. I never understood why they would chuckle and say you'll see. Here are a few things I said I would never do:


I will never be a stay at home mom. (well I am a work at home mom and this is the hardest job on the planet)


I will never let my kid drink pop.


I will never let my kid scream in a restaurant. (sometimes you just can't control it,now when I hear a kid screaming I think those poor parents.)


I will never let my kid stay up late, kids should go to bed at a decent time.


I will never block traffic at the store with my stroller. When my friends and I would go shopping we were so annoyed by those moms with the strollers!!


I will never let my kid sit around in just a diaper. Sometimes just dressing an active toddler can feel like such an accomplishement.


I will never allow toys to be scattered all over the house (have you seen our house?) We have toys everywhere and I mean everywhere.

I could go on and on and I have to say I no longer judge any parents for why they do things or allow their kids to do things since each child is unique. You just don't know how you would handle a situation until you are in it yourself. What did you say you would never do????
