This necklace is a 7/8th inch sterling silver disc that has been hand stamped with grandma in lowercase font around the outer edge of the disc and has been given a beautiful hammered finish. This piece also includes up to 5 birthstones. The pendant hangs on a 18 inch sterling silver bead ball chain.
