Being a busy mom it can be hard to find the time to work out. Before I had Will I use to work out several times a week. Since I had Will I haven't really been exercising. I keep telling myself that chasing him around is enough exercise. This summer I have decided that I want to slowly start working in some working out and stop making excuses for why I am not doing it.
