You Capture: Outside

We spent the day with some very good friends at The Henry Ford and hit just about every attraction they had. We hit a play, rode the carousel, got to pet a horse, saw some beautiful flowers, had lolli pops and ice cream. It was a beautiful day to be outside. Why does summer have to go by so fast yet winter sticks around for too long?

Thousand Words Thursday

A fun day at our local museum. We are lucky that we have an annual pass and can visit often!
Can you guess what Will and Daddy are looking up at?

Thousand Words Thursday

We took Will to the movie theater for the first time, and to make it even better his first expereince was at a IMAX theater. We saw Madagascar 2: Escape to Africa, and he did really good. An hour into the movie he asked when it was going to be over. The IMAX is connected to The Henry Ford, which is a fabulous museum, it was all decked out for the holidays, we even got our picture taken for free, too bad we weren't dressed for he occasion. Will didn't want to see Santa, he said Santa is just too scary, maybe next year!

Look who is driving

We are so lucky to live so close to The Henry Ford Museum. People travel across the country to see a bit of history and it is right in our back yard. Will is sitting in a Model T. They allow kids to sit in the car and it is his favorite thing to do. There are so many things for little kids and big kids to do at the museum. If you haven't been to The Henry Ford you need to check it out! Check out their site for details http://www.hfmgv.org/
