Chad Carr is a precocious, beautiful and smart 4 year old boy, not to mention, TOUGH. On September 23rd he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor in his brain stem called Diffuse intrinsic Pontine Glioma or DIPG. This type of cancer affects only 300 children a year in the United States. A cure remains unknown at this time.
