Best Party Punch Ever

I have always liked party punch or some call it shower punch. It is so simple but so delicious.

Party Punch

2 liter of ginger ale
1/2 gallon of rainbow sherbet
2 liter of Hawaiian Punch

Mix the ginger ale and Hawaiian Punch and then scoop out the rainbow sherbet and put on top of the punch. You can also reserve some Hawaiian punch and make some ice creams if you would like it extra cold.

Our Family Wall Collage

I  pieced together this wall collage from a variety of new and old items. I purchased several of the frames from Hobby Lobby along with the large letter P.  Many of the frames we already had. I pieced it together on the floor and then added until I had it just right.  The Family sign came from Etsy.  I love how it turned out and it is a beautiful reflection of our family, but mostly a shrine to Will.

Tagua Nut Jewelry a Pop of color for Spring

It has been a long winter, so a pop of color is just what I need.  Here are some facts about Tagua Nut jewelry and why I feel good wearing it.

My 5 minute Easter Wreath

This is so simple a child could do it, and sometimes projects need to be that easy. All you need is a grapevine wreath, plastic eggs {I picked up some speckled ones from Michael's} and a hot glue gun. All you do is randomly hot glue the eggs to the wreath and that is it. Could it be any easier? I saw a similar wreath for over $20 at Pier One and I made this one for under $5 since I recycled a wreath I had and used a 40% off coupon for the eggs.

How to make a magnetic chalk board

I have wanted to turn our fridge into a chalkboard for a while but didn't want to permanently change it nor did I want to spend hundreds of dollars so I created a magnetic chalkboard and you can too.

Supplies:

Magnetic sheeting that you can find at Dick Blick by the foot, I ordered 3 feet for our fridge, so just measure where you would like yours to fit.

Chalkboard Paint from our local hardware.

Paint roller and pan

Chalk

Eraser

First spread out some newspaper and roll out your magnetic sheeting.

Follow the instructions on your paint can. I applied two coats and allowed it to dry for 4 hours in between coats.

Once your chalkboard is completely covered with paint allow it to cure and dry for 3 days. Next stick your magnetic chalkboard to your fridge. Before you use your chalkboard condition it by using the broad side of a piece of chalk and completely cover and then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Finally have some fun and get creative.
