Hello welcome to La Dolce Vita. I am a busy WAHM of a three year old who really keeps me on my toes. I blog about my Sweet Life (that is what Dolce Vita) means. I share many of my custom hand stamped jewelry pieces, as they are inspired by my every day life. I hope you enjoy fashion as I talk a lot about fashion and I am a total Product Junkie. Step into my world and please come back again soon. If I am not around I am off making some keepsake mommy jewelry for my customers.

March is National Reading Month
March is National Reading Month so it got me thinking about some of my favorite childhood books:
Where the Sidewalk Ends
Charlotte's Web
Are You There God, It's Me Margaret
Little House on the Prairie series
I could list many more but these are the ones that have stuck with me through the years!
I loved Where the Sidewalk Ends and the Little House on the Prairie series too!! My 9 year old's favorite books are by Silverstein and she loves Where the Sidewalk ends as well. I've tried to get her to read The Little House on the Prairie books but she just isn't into them lol...
ReplyDeleteAwe thanks for the memories :)
My son loved Shel Silverstein. I was a Madeline person.
ReplyDeleteHave a great Friday!

Definitely the Little House series. I got the boxed set for Christmas when I was 8 or 9... and I still have it! Worn and ripped pages... and at least one has had the cover fall off, from all the wear. Those are some great books.
ReplyDeleteBoth of those are great books! I am a Little House lover too and Anne of Green Gables...of course.
ReplyDeleteI have SOOOO many!
ReplyDeleteALL of the above! I actually found Where the sidewalk ends & its series in Costco a few years back. I had to have it :) Thanks for the memories!
ReplyDeleteWe love to read, and have so many books :)
