Tagua Nuts – also known as Vegetable Ivory are seeds that come from the tropical rainforest of South America. The seeds are sliced, dyed and polished. Each Tagua Nut is unique and has it's own variations making each a one of a kind seed. Tagua Nuts are very close to the density of animal ivory. Tagua is replacing the slaughter of mammal ivory (elephants and other) in the textile and fashion industries. In one year, one tagua palm produces as much ivory as an average female African elephant. No HARM is done to the nature and hundreds of families are employed by the Tagua nut production market. Tagua Nuts are thin, lightweight and durable.

Pretty Little Liars
Sometimes I think I must still be 13 years old. I seem to like the teenager shows. When I work on my jewelry orders I like to watch TV as it helps pass the time and makes polishing hundreds of discs a bit less boring.
My latest obsession is Pretty Little Liars. I will say I think each of the girls are intriguing and the adult characters are some of my favorites. Holly Marie Combs plays Aria's mother and I loved her in Charmed. Laura Leighton plays Hanna's Mother and I loved her in Melrose Place. I also don't mind Chad Lowe.
The show is about four friends who became estranged after their friend went missing. They become united after her body is discovered and then soon after they start receiving mysterious messages. The person sending the messages is acting as Alison or "A" and seems to know all of their little secrets. Each episode you get another clue as to who "A" may be. "A" creates tremendous trouble for these four friends. I can't wait to see how this series unfolds as each episode is fantastic.

Martian Marathon
Will ran his second mini marathon, The Martian Marathon, I love the second picture, he ran his heart out and was so glad to be finished. I really admire all of those that train and run the full marathon. I have never been a runner and probably never will be. I do however love to walk. Do you like to run?

Spring has finally arrived...
It has been a long, cold winter in Michigan but Spring has finally arrived. Will tuned his bike up with the Scouts and has mastered riding without training wheels. Now all Will wants to do is ride his bike. I can hardly wait for warmer weather and wearing flip flops! What are you looking forward to?
